Mohammed Jasim Al Saqar is the Chairman of the Arab Parliament and a member of the People’s Assembly of Kuwait since 1999. He is also a member of the General Secretariat of the Council on Foreign Relations, New York and the Deputy Chairman of the Arab Journalism Awards GeneralSecretariat. He was the Editor in Chief of Al Qabas Newspaper in Kuwait.
