Abdul Mohsen Al Bannai has been Executive Director of the GCC Joint Programme Production Institution since 2006, driving the organization towards region-wide collaborations in media production.
Al Bannai has previously worked as a producer and director of television programmes for the family, youth and children. Earlier, he was a Media Advisor to Kuwait TV.
Al Bannai has published a series of scientific studies on the role of Arab media versus the Israeli media, and preparing media strategies for the eGovernment project. He has also published a special study on the educational channel for Kuwait TV.
Al Bannai holds a bachelor’s degree in Media from the UAE University.
