Adnan Al Rashid is the Deputy Editor in Chief and Deputy Director-General of the Kuwaiti newspaper Al Anbaa and board member of the Kuwaiti Journalists’ Association. He is also the Assistant Secretary of the Freedoms Committee of the Arab Press Association and the Gulf Press Association Assistant Secretary General and a member of the Federation of International Press. He started his career in journalism as a local and foreign news correspondent in 1980. Within ten years, Al Rashed rose to the position of Deputy Editor.
Al Rashed holds a BA degree in law, graduating from the Kuwait University. He has also earned an MBA with a major in law studies from the Ain Shams University, Egypt.
