Member of the Editorial Board, Los Angeles Times , Chief Political Blogger, Top of the Ticket, Los Angeles Times Blog

Andrew H Malcolm is a member of the Editorial Board of Los Angeles Times and the Chief Political Blogger of Top of the Ticket, the renowned daily’s blog.

Malcolm worked with New York Times for 26 years as a foreign and national correspondent. He has also contributed as Assistant National Editor and a columnist. Earlier, he was the Executive Assistant and Director of Communications for the Governor of Montana, from 1993-1999. He has additionally worked as the Deputy Campaign Communications Manager for George W. Bush and as the Press Secretary to Laura Bush from 1999-2001.

Author of 10 non-fiction books, Malcolm was a Pulitzer Prize Finalist for Editorial Writing in 2004.

Malcolm holds a bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Journalism from the Northwestern University in the US.
