Khalid Al Naciri
Moroccan Minister of Communications, Official Spokesperson

Dr Khalid Al Naciri is the Moroccan Minister of Communication and has been the official spokesperson for the Government of Morocco since 2007. He also sits on the board of the Three Cultures Institute and is a member of the Political Bureau at the Party of Progress and Socialism.
Dr Al Naciri is additionally the Director-General of Business, Higher Institute in Rabat, teaching General Law and Political Science in Moroccan universities and the National School of Business. He regularly contributes to and participates in regional and international forums, as well as science conferences.
Author of many books, articles and research work in law and political science, Dr Al Naciri has worked as a lawyer, and has headed the Standing Committee on Human Rights at the Arab League. He is also Co-Founder of the Moroccan Human Rights Organization.
Dr Al Naciri holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Casablanca Law College and a Master’s in Political Science from the Law School of Al Rabat University. He also has a PhD from University of Paris.
