Sajed Al-Abdali currently writes for the Al-Jarida daily, a Kuwaiti newspaper. He also hosts a show on human development on the Marina FM Kuwaiti radio broadcast. He is an Internet activist and contributor through the social networks (Facebook, Twitter) and an active blogger through his blog www.sajed.org. Al-Abdali is a medical doctor from Kuwait who works as an Occupational Health Specialist, graduating from Birmingham University, Britain. He is also a certified practitioner of nero-linguistic programming and has given a number of training courses in the self-improvement field, the arts of writing journalistic articles, the program for the six hats of thinking, and the mental maps program. He has a book to his credit titled 'Smart Reading'. He also provides individual and group consultation on life and work stresses, and runs a weekly book club called 'Beauty of the Word'. He is also an associate professor in the general society for applicatory education. Al-Abdali currently works as head of the medical center in a leading petrochemicals company in the Arab Gulf region.
