Dr. Al Mualla is the Deputy Director at Al Qasemi Hospital in Sharjah. He has specialised in plastic and reconstructive surgery from the Gothenberg University in Sweden. Since graduating in 2001, he has attended a number of specialist courses to enhance his practical skills and increase his knowledge of recent developments in the field of plastic surgery, particularly in the area of wound treatment. Dr. Al Mualla has over five years' experience in presenting medical programs on radio and TV channels such as Sharjah Television, Emirates Channel, LBC, Dubai TV, Al Dyirah TV, Abu Dhabi TV and Sharjah Radio. He is also a regular contributor on medical matters to leading newspapers such as Al Khaleej, Al Bayan and Al Etihad.
